Money Back Guarantee/Refund PolicyTop
All merchandise unless otherwise indicated may be returned within 30 days from the original invoice date for a refund. A return authorization number is required for all returns. A 15% restocking fee may apply.
DVD Return Policy
DVDs are non-refundable but may be exchanged within 30-days of the invoice date for a functional version of the same film If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us for help.
Restocking Fee
A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all returns for refund. Shipping charges are non-refundable. No refunds after 30 days.
My Return package has been recieved by Guardyourself.net. What happens now?
Once we receive the package, we'll credit your credit card back minus the freight amount and a 15% restocking fee. A Return Merchandise Authorization number will then be automatically generated by our system, and an email notification will be sent to notify you of the returned merchandise.
How long will it be before a credit actually appears on my credit/debit card?
It takes us approximately two business days to process a credit back to your credit card and 2-3 business days for it to appear on your statement.
Does Guardyourself.net accept phone, fax or email orders?
All ordering is provided online no exceptions. We do not accept phone, fax or e-mail orders or quotes. All pricing on products and shipping are available on the website only.
How can I check my Guardyourself.net order status online?Top
Go to the order status page. If there is not enough information on our order status page you can also send an email to orders@guardyourself.net.
I checked my order status online and it says my order has been voided. Why?
If an order is placed but the credit card is declined or the shipping address cannot be verified within three business days, the order is voided. There is no way to regenerate a voided order you'll have to re-order online. Please send an email to orders@guardyourself.net if you believe we have made an error.
How long does it generally take to process an order?
We make every attempt to process and ship your order on the same day. Once the order has shipped, your estimated time of arrival will be determined by the Common Carrier service's(UPS or USPS) delivery guidelines.
What happens if one of my items are on backorder?Top
If an item is found to be out of stock after your order has been placed, then it will automatically be removed from your order. You will be notified by email of the removal of the item. We will not hold up an order because an item is backordered. You will not be charged for the backordered item or for the shipping cost of the item (if you were already charged, you will be refunded). The item that was backordered will have to be re-ordered online when it becomes available again.
What should I do if an item is missing from my order?
First, make sure that you have received all boxes for each tracking number associated with your order and check your packing slip. If all boxes have been delivered but you're still missing an item, check the packing material for small items. Please send an email to orders@guardyourself.net if you are still unable to locate the item(s).

UPS has my package but they have not delivered it yet. Why?
Please contact UPS at 1-800-PICK-UPS to obtain further status on your package(s). The priority of delivery within the method of shipment chosen is determined by your local UPS hub. Guardyourself.net would always like for your packages to be delivered ASAP. If UPS is holding them, please contact UPS.
I was not home when a delivery was attempted, and a UPS InfoNotice was left. Will UPS make another attempt?
Yes. UPS makes up to three delivery attempts, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
