Terms and Conditions
1. Agreement Terms This Agreement begins upon activation of your affiliate account and ends when terminated by either party. Either party may terminate the agreement at any time, for any reason, by giving the other party written notice. Commission is only payable for sales made during the term of agreement. 2. Links We grant you the right to link to our web site using the provided links or any custom link (see guidelines on banner page) during the Agreement Term. 3. Commission We will pay commission on all sales that are tracked by our affiliate software. We reserve the right to reject commission on sales that are not paid for. For a sale to generate commission, the customer must follow the provided link from your site to our site and subsequently purchase on our site. Requests for orders are tracked online and purchased offline. All customers buying via telephone are asked how they found our site or how they heard of us. Commission will be awarded to you if they identify your web site as the only source. If you buy for your own use you will still qualify for commission on your own sale. We may withhold payment until the purchase is paid for by the customer. 4. Modification We reserve the right to modify these terms without notification. In practice, we will do our best to ensure all affiliates receive notification of changes to terms and conditions. 5. Limitation of Liability We will not be liable for damages or loss of revenue as a result of joining/running this program. 6. Disclaimers There are no warranties, implied or otherwise with respect to this program.
